Small meals more frequently than large meals. Avoid foods high in fat.
I had gallbladder removed just in October, my doctor told me to go and eat as I do. You do not need more pain on certain foods. Although the lipid / fatty foods can up you go. Everyone is different. You have to see how your body reacts. It completely changed my digestion. Good luck w / the surgery!
would do well to follow a diet low in fat for at least six months after the operation.
